Making mindful art is magic!!
It improves mood, reduces heavy feelings like overwhelm and loneliness, teaches us how to communicate what we’re thinking and feeling, allows us space to realise our desires, shows us how to let go of other people’s expectations, teaches us to be radically self-accepting and loving.
When we make art, we’re tapping into our natural creative source and harnessing new transformative energy. That’s where the magic happens.

In 2023, me and my husband Žiga cycled from Slovenia to Southampton Hospital in the UK, where my dad was treated.
We had sponsors for all our kit and cycled over 2000km in 31 days. We raised over 17,000€ for charities. We arrived to Southampton on what would’ve been my Dad’s 59th birthday and had a big celebration with family and friends, making a sad day a happier one, replacing heavy memories of Southampton with something very beautiful (Look at us all together 👇 )
