There are loads of societal and personal reasons why adults feel silly or guilty for making art. This forms negative internal narratives that block us from taking the time we want and harnessing art’s many benefits.

I help you uncover the negative narratives getting in your way so you can transform your mindset, feel free to create and own your choice to live a creative and connected life.

Another common reason adults don’t make art is because we think we’re not creative and we’re scared to be exposed as imperfect. It’s a survival instinct that’s a bit of a pain when it comes to living a rich, enlightened life full of art and personal truth.

In our time together, you’ll make low-lift, imperfect and playful mindful art, so that you learn to create freely throughout the day, the week, the month, and to be kind, compassionate, resilient, radically loving, and fully awake and alive thanks to your practice.

In session one, we dive into negative internal narratives / blocks and start to break them down, set intentions for the 12 weeks, specifically when you’ll make art outside of our sessions, and of course, we start making art too !!

The rest of our time is about bringing you closer and more lovingly towards your creative nature, getting playful, overcoming fears that stop you making art. We use mindfulness and meditation alongside our art making to help you get really comfortable with messy, quick, mindful, imperfect art. This is where we really embrace making art JUST FOR YOU.
