She has a background in Software Engineering and Organisational Coaching, with expertise in leadership development, workplace well-being, and corporate mindfulness. She is passionate about fostering happier leaders and more conscious, balanced, and effective organisations.

Maria is dedicated to helping individuals align their minds and bodies, cultivating deeper presence, peace, and fulfilment. Her teaching style is accessible, trauma-informed, and grounded in Buddhist philosophy.
