So me and Julija from Čajnica Pri Parku are organising a medley of creativity workshops to inspire your imaginations and embrace Spring’s energy.

APRIL
17.04: Coloured Paper Collage
Join us on April 17th for a 2-hour collage workshop, using coloured collage paper to make a funky portrait or scene. I’ll guide you to open up your creativity and recreate a photo you love in striking collage.
This can be a really silly and fun practice or a space to feel surprised by the energy of working purely in shapes rather than fine details.

24.04: Mandala Painting
Join us on April 24th for a 2-hour mandala painting workshop, using watercolour paints and markers to explore your inner landscape with shapes from nature, from your heart, from geometry, and fall into creative flow.
This will be a deeply relaxing and slow practice.

08.05: Embroidery
Join us on May 8th for a 2-hour embroidery workshop, where you’ll learn the chain stitch and embroider on your chosen item of clothing.
Bring a long an item of clothing that isn’t too heavy or stiff, like a t-shirt or shirt, maybe even a tote bag, that you’d like to give a face life with some beautiful embroidery.

15.05: Scrap Zines
Join us on May 15th for a 2-hour scrap zines workshop, where you’ll make your own zine and fill it with cool images from scrap materials (magazines, collage paper, stickers, etc.).
A zine — said like maga[zine] — is a kind of magazine / book made from a folded piece of paper. It has a front, back, 6 pages, and a secret insert where you can make a big bold message.

12.06: Vintage Paper Collage
Join us on June 12th for a 2-hour vintage paper collage workshop, where you’ll use vintage magazines to make a strange scene of textures, colours, and characters.
This is a great for making surreal, fantastical, impossible worlds come to life!

19.06: Chill Zentangles
Join us on June 19th for a 2-hour chill zentangles workshop, where you’ll create an A3, monochrome, zentangle pattern that will bring ultimate zen to your space whilst relaxing your mind and body in a moment of dedicated, slow creativity.

I’ve never done an art workshop before. Can I join?
Yep. I guide you every step of the way, and this is all about being playful, creative and having fun. So come along and try something new! You’ll love it.
What’s the deal with tea and cake?
You get a complimentary pot of tea and slice of cake with your workshop. If you want anything extra from this, you will have to pay for that separately.
