It improves mood, reduces heavy feelings like overwhelm and loneliness, teaches us how to communicate what we’re thinking and feeling, allows us space to realise our desires, shows us how to let go of other people’s expectations and perfectionism, and teaches us to be radically self-accepting and loving.

When we make art, we’re tapping into our natural creative source and harnessing new transformative energy. That’s where the magic happens.
